Orders are processed during normal business days. During peak seasonal periods, especially before Halloween and Christmas, order volume may be higher than usual. We recommend ordering early to avoid seasonal delays or sellouts.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.
